GP or Consultant permission may be required before treatment can be provided.  If you are unsure if you will need your GP or Consultant’s permission please discuss with Live One Eighty before booking an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A booking is confirmed once Live One Eighty and the client have both agreed a date, time and duration for treatment.

Clients are asked to give as much notice as possible if cancelling an appointment as this may enable me to allocate your treatment time to someone else in need.

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur 50% cost of the treatment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full cost of treatment.

Failure to attend an appointment will incur the full cost of the treatment.

If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late for a 60 minute appointment Live One Eighty have the right to cancel the treatment and the full cost of the treatment will be payable.

No additional time will be given for clients who are late for their appointment.  The treatment will end as originally scheduled and the full cost of the treatment will be payable.

Live One Eighty has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment provided, or if the therapist is taken ill.  A full refund will be given in the event of cancellation by Live One Eighty.
